This giveaway is open only to U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The Ultimate Tech Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are United States citizens and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway begins on the date specified on the website and ends fifteen (15) days thereafter at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time ("Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The following prizes will be awarded:
Total ARV of all prizes: $4,797
Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. No prize substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days after the end of the Giveaway Period by the Sponsor or its designated representative.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via email and/or phone within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return these documents within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
